Your role
Working within our collections department, you'll be responsible for assisting customers who may be experiencing financial difficulties, helping them to keep up with their repayments and getting their account back on track. You'll be expected to maintain positive relationships with all your customers and to provide them with an exceptional service.
Your profile
You'll need previous collections or customer service experience, ideally within a telephone or financial services environment. Good communication and negotiation skills will also be a must to ensure you can quickly establish the cause of the customer's payment difficulties and identify and suggest a workable solution. In addition, we're looking for attention to detail and good written communication so that customer account information can be maintained accurately.
