Data protection
Information held about all individuals is covered by the Data Protection Act 1998.
Ikano is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and is committed to fulfilling its obligations under this Act.
Ikano must ensure that:
- Information collected is processed fairly and lawfully
- Data will only be held for the purposes for which it has been registered
- Data will be accurate and relevant
- Data will be held no longer than is necessary
- Data held in respect of an individual will be made available to them on request
- Appropriate security is applied to all
If you are unsuccessful in the recruitment process your application and any other information obtained as part of the recruitment process will be kept securely on file by the HR department for 6 months unless you specifically request that it be removed.
